ICEOOKIE was started with one idea in mind: how do we create the best ice cream sandwich in the world at the same time make it sustainable & delicious?
The idea that followed was quite simply, simplicity! So we set out to make the best experience possible by focusing on only quality essentials and nothing else, so we did it, with a simple menu that’s as easy as 123 the customer is presented with only the very best creamy goodness which makes the ICEOOKIE experience easy, fun and delicious for students, adults and families!
ICEOOKIE's start out by crafting our cookie base with a homemade recipe, each ingredient being the freshest and most sustainably sourced whenever possible, then we bake them to perfection, not to soft, not too hard but just the right texture. Next is filling the center of our stack with the good stuff, our delicious almond or coconut milk based ice-cream which oozes just over the edge of our our base. Then to top it off we have an array of mouth watering toppings should you choose! With a bit of love going into every step of creating this ice-cream delight, we're sure you'll want another bite.
